Of late, some reports have come to our notice that some fake persons are making calls to Indian residents/visitors in Austria and neighbouring countries stating they have filled up their immigration details/personal particulars wrongly while obtaining Visa/travel documents, and due to which legal action has been initiated against the concerned Indian national. The fake person asks to transfer money through wire for expedient solution of the problem, and doesn't allow the Indian to disconnect the call.

Hence, Embassy of India, Bratislava advises all Indian citizens to strictly avoid entertaining any such call. Embassy of India, Bratislava doesn't make such calls. If any such call is received by any Indian citizen, he/she should inform us immediately at eindia.consular@stonline.sk and cons.bratislava@mea.gov.in with all details.
