Automotive Component Manufacturer's Association (ACMA) delegation from India comprising 11- members visited Slovakia on 6th February, 2019. During their full day programme, Embassy organized a Business Forum and B2B meetings with the Slovak companies at the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency(SARIO). Thereafter, the delegates visited state-of-the-art Euro 1.4 billion TATA Group investment Jaguar Land Rover plant at Nitra. They also held meeting with the State Secretary and other senior officers at the Ministry of Economy. During the Business Forum, Ms. Sunita Narang, Cd’A a.i. spoke about India’s economy, its latest achievements and bilateral business cooperation potential with Slovakia. She presented ‘Make in India’ gift items under the market expansion activities, India tourism material, Slovak translation of ‘India – Surging Ahead 2018’ and copies of biography of Mahatma Gandhi to the Slovak officials.
